Download CampusOne from the Google Play Store, open the app, and tap "Register." You'll need to provide your name, email, phone number, roll number, department, and year. Once submitted, an admin will approve your account, and you'll be notified.
From the home screen, browse available canteens and their menus. Add items to your cart, review your order, and tap "Place Order." Payment is automatically deducted from your wallet balance. You'll receive a pickup token once the order is confirmed.
CampusOne uses a prepaid wallet system. You can top up your wallet via Razorpay (UPI, debit card, net banking). Your wallet balance is used to pay for food orders. Refunds from cancelled orders are credited back to your wallet.
Tap the QR scanner icon on your dashboard. Point your camera at the QR code displayed at the canteen counter. The payment will be processed automatically from your wallet. You'll get an instant confirmation on screen.
You'll receive a push notification on your phone when your order is ready for pickup. The app will also show a full-screen alert. Head to the canteen counter and show your pickup token to collect your order.
Go to the "Orders" tab in the bottom navigation bar. You'll see your active orders and past order history. Tap any order to view details including items, total amount, and status.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are accepted by the canteen. Once the canteen starts preparing your order, cancellation is not possible. If you have an issue with a confirmed order, please contact the canteen staff directly or email support.

CampusOne includes a stationery section where you can upload documents for printing. Select the stationery shop, upload your file, choose print options (color, copies, etc.), and pay via your wallet. Pick up your prints from the shop when ready.
Open the app and go to your Profile. Tap on "Edit Profile" or your profile settings. You'll find the "Diet Preference" option where you can switch between Veg, Non-Veg, or Vegan. This helps us show you relevant menu items.
