We reserve the right to deactivate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at the request of MEC administration. You may also request account deletion by contacting campusone@madrascollege.ac.in.
CampusOne operates a prepaid digital wallet system. You must maintain sufficient wallet balance to place orders. The wallet is a convenience feature for facilitating campus transactions and does not constitute a bank account, deposit, or financial instrument.
Wallet top-ups are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By using the top-up feature, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. Available payment methods include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking.
Wallet balances are non-transferable between user accounts. You cannot transfer your balance to another user, withdraw it as cash, or use it outside the CampusOne platform.
Refunds for cancelled orders are credited back to your CampusOne wallet, not to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary. For disputes regarding wallet balance, contact support.
When you place an order through CampusOne, you are placing an order with the respective canteen. The App serves as an intermediary platform to facilitate ordering and payment.
An order is considered confirmed only after it is accepted by the canteen. The canteen reserves the right to reject orders due to item unavailability, kitchen capacity, or other operational reasons.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification. You must present your pickup token (displayed in the App) at the canteen counter to collect your order. Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be forfeited.
Food and item prices are set by the respective canteen owners and may change at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of order placement are the prices that will be charged.
You may cancel an order only before it is accepted by the canteen. Once an order is accepted and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled. If the canteen cancels your order, the amount will be refunded to your wallet.
CampusOne may offer stationery and document printing services through participating shops on campus. Files uploaded for printing are stored temporarily and deleted after the order is fulfilled. You are responsible for ensuring that any documents uploaded do not violate copyright or contain prohibited content.
